Hercules Watch Co use the latest DLC coating technology for their watches. This is a molecular coating with very high durability, originally developed for military purposes but now used on our watches.
Thanks to its composition, our DLC forges a real armour capable of withstanding scratches and shocks up to 7-8 times harder than steel and 10-12 times harder than gold.

In comparison, coatings such as PVD are much less resilient and certainly less durable. Our DLC coatings are totally reversible and do not release any residue. You are left with a durable and exotic dark black coating, on our watches.
