Bespoke engraving for those who value rarity
At Hercules Watch Co., the pursuit of individuality led us to a craft steeped in tradition—hand engraving.
Our very first creation? A challenge few dare to take on: Rolex’s 904L steel.
Most luxury watches use 316L stainless steel—resilient, skin-friendly, and built to resist corrosion from moisture and sweat. But Rolex chose a different path: 904L steel—harder, denser, and significantly more challenging to work with. Even Rolex had to reengineer its production line to accommodate this unique material.
So naturally, that’s where we began.
Engraving on 904L steel is no small feat. The metal's strength demands specialized tools, refined techniques, and immense patience. But its hardness also means that every etched line lasts—a permanent expression of identity, faith, or legacy. That’s why we chose it for our first fully hand-engraved timepiece.
Our debut engraving piece, King of Kings, took eight months from concept to completion. The centerpiece? A striking, reverent image of Christ crowned with thorns, gazing skyward — a symbol of sacrifice, divinity, and power. Engraved entirely on Rolex-hardened steel, this watch embodies what Hercules Watch Co. stands for: artistry, meaning, and mastery.
Your vision. Our craftsmanship. One timeless creation.
We offer full customization for your timepiece—whether you want meaningful imagery, intricate patterns, or something entirely your own. Our engravings can be done on the case, bracelet, clasp, and case back.
Engraving 904L steel demands skill, precision, and time—resulting in artwork that’s permanent, precise, and impossibly difficult to replicate.
From symbolic icons to sacred motifs, each engraving is a personal story—etched by hand, preserved in steel, and made timeless.
We use traditional hand-engraving techniques, refined for modern luxury watches—ensuring every detail endures through wear, time, and generations.
